Shipping + Return Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours, M-F from our office in Virginia. Orders ship within 48 hours unless item is clearly labeled as PRE-ORDER. 

Please Note: Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. 

Orders placed outside of USA have the option for discounted DHL Delivery.

In-Store Pickup

Pay online and pickup at the counter. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Orders are expected to be picked up at the storefront within 48 hours. 

 Returns  

•  Return requests must be made within 3 days of confirmed delivery (or purchase if in store). 
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Contact us directly for return approval. Items will not be accepted without a store credit code.
• All perishables and discounted items, along with products under $30.00, are ineligible for return.
• Ensure items are unused, free of odors. stains, etc.
